This 8 week class series will offer mindfulness and meditation fundamentals, incorporating science based techniques, so you can begin your own practice and benefit from stress reduction, increased wellness, gratitude and resilience.
The Class Series
The class series is structured systematically and includes weekly class themes with guided meditations for home practice and support. The class is designed to build community, where we create a safe environment to learn a variety of mindfulness techniques and self-compassion skills that promote ease and support wellbeing.
